Is DentaCue free for patients?
Yes. The app, search, and booking are free. We earn from clinic subscriptions — never from a cut of your treatment cost.
How do I know a clinic is really verified?
Every clinic in the directory has been document-checked, license-verified against the national register, and visited in person. Verification is renewed every 12 months. If the badge is missing or grey, the clinic is not currently active.
What if the clinic charges more than the listed price?
They can't — listed prices are binding for the service shown. If a clinic adds work, they have to quote it before doing it. Disputes go to our patient advocacy team and are decided within 5 business days.
Can I move my records between clinics?
Yes. Records belong to you. Export from your profile any time as PDF or HL7 FHIR. New clinics can import them in one click if they're also on DentaCue.
What about emergencies?
Open the app and tap the red "I have pain right now" button. We'll show you verified clinics open within an hour, with the wait estimate. For life-threatening emergencies, call your local emergency line first.
