Acceptance
By creating a DentaCue account, listing a clinic on DentaCue, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice via email and a banner on this page.
Patient terms
DentaCue helps you discover, book, and pay verified dental clinics. We are not a clinic and do not provide clinical advice. Treatment is between you and the clinic. You agree to:
- Provide accurate health information so clinics can treat you safely.
- Pay for booked services per the published price; if a clinic adds work, they must quote it before performing it.
- Not impersonate, harass, or abuse clinic staff or other patients.
- Honour bookings or cancel them in good time. Three or more no-shows triggers a soft block (deposit required for future bookings) — never a hard ban.
Clinic terms
ClinicOS is a subscription product. Verified-by-DentaCue is a status, not a credential — clinics must hold their own MDC licence and premises authorisation. By listing on DentaCue, a clinic agrees to:
- Publish a complete fee schedule. Prices charged at the chair must not exceed published prices for the same service.
- Submit to annual re-verification and respond to compliance requests inside 14 days.
- Treat bookings made through DentaCue with the same care as direct bookings.
- Reply to reviews professionally; disputes go to a 3-person moderation panel.
- Keep an active MDC licence; lapsed licences trigger a 14-day cure window before badge revocation.
Fees, billing, taxes
Patients: the app and discovery are free; treatment fees are published per clinic. Clinics: ClinicOS subscription fees are listed on /gh/pricing. Subscriptions auto-renew. Refunds are pro-rated to the day of cancellation. We charge VAT/GETFund as required by local law.
Reviews & user content
Patients may review verified clinics after a confirmed visit. Reviews must be honest and free of prohibited content (defamation, slurs, identifying information about other patients). Clinics get 7 days to reply publicly. Disputes go to a 3-person moderation panel. Reviews from churned clinics remain visible with a no longer on DentaCue label.
Liability
DentaCue is a marketplace. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, and our liability for service issues is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ghana law.
Termination
You can close your account anytime via Settings. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms — we will tell you why. Patients can request data export and deletion via the data-rights form. Clinic data is retained per MDC clinical-record rules.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes go to the competent courts in Accra, except for small claims which may be heard locally. We'll always try to resolve issues by direct conversation first — email legal@dentacue.com.
